• PAYMENT will be due on the 1st of each month. Tuition will be considered late on the 5th of the month. There will be a late fee applied to all late payments.

• A non-refundable $50 registration/supply fee will be due at time of registration in order to hold your child’s spot in class. This can be venmo’d to me.

​

• Children must be picked up within 10 minutes of the end of class. Late pick up will result in a $15 fine.

​

• If your child is not 100% potty trained I do ask that they wear a diaper to school. If they fill their diaper I will call a parent to come and change it.

​

• We will follow the Weber School District calendar, observing all the same breaks and days off as the traditional school.

​

• Please allow for a few teacher sick days throughout the year. I will do my best to communicate any unscheduled days off as soon as possible.

​

• Just as I will not teach your children if I am too sick, please keep your children home if they are feeling unwell so we don’t spread illness to others.

​

• I will send home a monthly school calendar with your child on the last class day before the start of each new month.

​

• We will have a snack bag that each child will have the opportunity to take home and bring back the next class day with snacks for the class. Your child’s snack day will be written on our monthly calendar. (I will provide drinks)

• Children will only be released to the individuals indicated on the registration form, if someone other than a parent or emergency contact will be picking up your child, please let me know in advance.
